Garden description: A naturalistic and native garden built around old stone barn foundations with many trees such as Magnolias, Stewartias and Blue Atlas Cedar.
Who are the gardeners: Lori Hollis of Cotswold Gardeners and myself.
Why do you garden: It gives me great peace of mind and it’s good exercise.
How has gardening impacted you during this time: It is the one thing that I look forward to every day. With my days being pretty monochromatic, gardening is anything but!
What do you have in your garden? Perennials, shrubs such as Viburnum, Azaleas and Weigela. Also Oriental and California poppies and many roses.
Do you have any problems with disease or pests? If so, how are you dealing with this problem? Bugs eat my rose leaves. Our Evodias were treated last year for Spotted Lanternfly
