Please join us for this special Learning From Gardens as we visit the Farm at Oxford. This boutique cut flower farm showcases beautiful cut flowers, unique plants and roots to grow your own. Mara Tyler moved from California to Pennsylvania in 2013 and bought a beautiful 1838 farmhouse on a 12-acre farmette, previously used as a dairy and sheep farm.  The concept of a flower farm was born from the pastures and meadowed flatlands, which seemed the perfect spot to grow peonies, dahlias, roses, spring bulbs and companion perennials.  You’ll enjoy a tour of the field of dahlias, learn about the farm and its growing methods, and have an opportunity to purchase cut flowers, and roots and bulbs for your own garden.
