Back by popular demand, artist Susan Conner has put together a collection of paintings, this time playing with scale. Susan says of her show, "Sometimes when I look closer at a flower, I see a grace that I hadn't noticed when the flower was at the usual viewing distance. Sometimes I simply think more is better, bigger is fun. The paintings in this show are not necessarily more detailed in terms of botany, but are the result of looking more closely at many fascinating flowers". Allow the color and beauty of these pieces to capture your imagination, while cooling off from the summer heat by visiting DCH's Gallery.
