Join Cat Meholic as she discusses the founding of the nonprofit group, Women in Horticulture. She will discuss why and how it was created, the meaningful impacts it has had on the green industry, and highlight the work being done through the website to highlight both modern and historic women in horticulture. 

About Cat Meholic:

Cat Meholic is a horticulturist at Hagley Museum and Library. Her focus and training are centered around living collections management and plant curation. Previously, she has worked at Mt. Cuba Center, Ambler Arboretum of Temple University and has interned in numerous regional public gardens. Cat is a co-found of the Women in Horticulture group and an advocate for those that identify as women in the fields of horticulture and plant science.
